You can submit your application now and provide these documents later: birth certificate, proof of at least 72 college units (TOR or school certification), valid NBI clearance, and marriage certificate if married. Any missing document will appear as pending in PUA’s review. PUA will request and verify them before final approval. Uploading documents does not grant accreditation or permission to sell.

Proposed commission terms: 50% of PUA’s actual collected commission for eligible PUA inventory sales once salesperson accreditation under the supervising broker is verified. For subsequent eligible deals after PUA verifies the PRC certificate, the 12-hour Real Estate Brokerage Seminar completion certificate, the notarized supervising broker certificate of supervision/engagement and declaration, and the signed agreement, 60%. For sales outside PUA’s inventory, PUA’s participation and its rate or amount must be agreed separately in writing for each transaction. No rate is automatically due from an application.
