Privacy and document removal

What we collect

Depending on the form, this may include your name, contact details, property or professional information, photos, PRC credentials, titles, tax declarations, plans, and other documents you choose to upload. We may use our service providers to host and protect submissions. Submitted information is not automatically published as a public property listing.

How long we keep it

We review records periodically and remove information when it is no longer necessary for its stated purpose. A universal 30-day deletion period does not currently apply: active applications, listings, agreements, referrals and transactions may need records for longer, including where required for legal, tax, or claim purposes. We will publish a specific automatic deletion period for a category only when its scheduled deletion process has been implemented and verified.

A referral code saved in your browser expires after seven days from first capture. You may remove it earlier using the website's referral controls or by clearing this website's browser data.

Request access, correction or deletion

Email puafuturesrealty@gmail.com with the subject Privacy request – PFR. State whether you want access, correction, removal of uploaded documents, or removal of your application or inquiry. Please include the type of form, date submitted and any reference number. Do not include an ID document in your first email; we may ask for reasonable proof of identity through a suitable channel before changing or deleting records.

We will check the request and let you know what can be deleted, what must be retained for an active transaction or other lawful reason, and what action was taken. A request does not automatically delete a record on submission.
